Summary
Narendra Modi has attempted to centralize the government, but has partially been voted out. It is worth seeking a method that runs more states independently. Indian states are quite powerful and holds great responsibility. One problem, though, is that states lack autonomy and too large. It simply needs more states to fit its large population. Creation of more states can cater to needs of the people more directly.
There are some concerns. With more states comes lots of elections, and distributions of tax should be well calculated.
